Robotics

The motion of a robotic arm may become, depending on the degree of freedom, very complex. To find the fastest or energy optimal movement from one position to the other and optimization software is required, especially if constraints like obstacles need to be considered. With our software these problems can be solved very fast. Even highly discretized motions are not a problem for the SOCS solver. The picture below shows a simple, but representative example.
